Parents, please remember that students must have all required immunizations upon returning to school. The tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (T dap) immunization is required for all students entering 7th grade. It must be documented on an updated Florida Certification of Immunization (DH 680 form) and submitted to the school.
Students without the required certification, or exemption, will not be allowed to attend school.
