Thanksgiving Food Drive

As Thanksgiving approaches, we invite our Osprey Families to join us in giving back to our community! Our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive will run from November 1–16, collecting nonperishable food items to help local families enjoy a warm and memorable Thanksgiving meal. Donations of items such as mashed potatoes, stuffing, canned vegetables, rice, beans, gravy, and baking mixes are greatly appreciated. Together, we can make a difference and help bring warmth, gratitude, and holiday cheer to families in our community. Thank you for your generosity and support!

November is Family Engagement Month!

November is Florida Family Engagement in Education Month, a time to celebrate the important role families play in student success and strengthen connections between home and school. Families can support learning by reading together, playing educational games, sharing interests, and staying connected with teachers and school staff.

Orange County’s Week of the Family, November 7–14, celebrates the 2026 theme, “Families Have Fun Together!” Families are invited to attend the Mayor’s Family Fun Day and Community Resource Fair on November 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Barnett Park. Let’s celebrate the importance of family connections and continue working together to help every student succeed! For more information, please visit: FL Family Engagement in Ed 10.22.pdf
